Shot glasses with bags
We are very happy with our order of printed 2 oz shot glasses, they turned out great. We were in contact with the store as there was a delay with the bags but they were very accommodating and explained the situation once I contacted them. We then decided to change the colour of the bags we ordered and they did so no problem and they arrived promptly. We also order the key shaped bottle openers and are happy with them as well.

"Print Canada Exceeded my expectations! After looking at many online options for wedding favours, I finally stumbled across a Canadian store! thank goodness - all other companies were American and as such had very high shipping prices. Also, because I'm Canadian, I prefer to support local or Canadian businesses. At the same time, I was on a budget so this is only possible when prices are comparable.... PrintCanada had very reasonable prices, lots of different options, and good rates for shipping. My order turned out better than expected and all in less than two weeks. The only suggestion that I have is that PrintCanada needs a website makeover. It's not a great website and not easy to find all the different options - website improvement is not costly and would help increase order traffic I'm sure....Apart from not loving the website layout, I still found what I wanted and Everything from ordering to arrival was easy. Thanks, we were very pleased! I recommend PrintCanada, 5 starts :)"

The glasses came out very nice. Is the lettering temporary? Or does it come off after a few washings?

We are glad you are happy with the glass. Great question we have glassware 2 yrs old and will not come off using paint thinner. The
print on the glass will not come off as it is a special ink the adhere
to the glass. The ink will not come off during hand washing but the
glass should not placed in a dishwasher as it will heat the special ink
and will fade over 10 to 20 washes.

Shadow box arrived in 2 weeks production time is 14 working days stated
on the website. There was a computer glitch with the supplier Cathy's
Concepts and a replacement glass was shipped out and delivered in 7
Business days. The shot glasses where ordered one week after the shadow
box and production is 10 to 13 business days. Our production time was 8
business days. After a phone call to customer the customer received all
items and Customer was Happy. Due to high demand the Shadow boxes require extra processing time.

My only complaint is how many you have to order for a minimum. We want two different colours of the same design and had to order the minimum of each, which was twice as much as we needed. Baby baptism give-aways
It was a few days away from the baptism of my daughter and I
needed to get some give-aways. I was already panicking because other
suppliers are based in the US and shipping takes more than a week. Print

Personalized Shot Glass
Ordered a rush, and it was done and delivered on time for my
wedding. My only complaint would be that a few of the shot glasses had a
chip in them and a few of the shot glasses had a red/pink tint to them
that wouldn't wash off.
Management response:
There is always a chance that there maybe breakage or chipping due to shipping. If there is any glasses in question we will refund broken glasses.There are sometime a blemish in the glass that may case a reddish colour. "Was pleased with the product! It showed up in a timely matter. It was as shown in the picture. However, the extra fee for the hair colour change was a little disappointing esp. because the hair didn't match the grooms and they were both considered 'Brown'. Over all was happy with the product and would order from Print Canada again!"

Personalized favors
"On
july 29,2012, I have made a purchase. But I have never received a
shipping confirmation date. Many times I have sent an email, I got an
automated response. And if I called, I got a voice mail.
Customer
service is pathetic. After 4 weeks of waiting for my order, I finally
reached Gary. Which he was very unpleasant, therefore I cancelled my
order. Even at that, they never had the decency to send me a
confirmation transaction of the credit.
Till today, I am still awaiting service and response. This is the worst company to order from.”
Management response:
The
purchase of personalized favours along with non personalized favours
production time for the personalized favour was 8 to 12 business days.
We received one email with a response that Fashioncraft had short
shipped 10 out of 40 lollipops. They express shipped the items to us and
item was ready to ship on Aug 20th. We had sent a special email to the
customer and our staff received a call with customer cursing at us. Ms
Pina Di stef repeatedly cursed at our staff. Management pulled the
package and issued a refund as per the customer request. A refund is
done instantly and there is no refund number that can be given due to
banks all use different numbers (paypal issued a email which customer
says never received). The shipment was to arrive Aug 23/12 and event
date was Sept. 8. Please when calling our customer service number if you
get voice mail and calls will be returned between 10 and 5 Monday to
Friday eastern standard time.

is only 3 monograms in our selection the reasoning is that design is
the easiest to produce your own design and send it in for printing. We
DO NOT charge for sending in your own design. We carried many different
designs on our site and picked the 3 most popular. Requests for
monograms that are popular are the fonts people choose that they used on
there invitations.

"I really like the product, but thought the customer service was lacking. Usually when you purchase something online you get a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information, tracking and expexted delivery date. I did not recieve that and contacted the company by e-mail, only to get a brief message back over a week later. "
Management response:
Every
order placed will get a invoice sent to the email provided in the
shipping section of the checkout. Invoices are sent within minutes of
placing your order. Shipping and tracking information is not provided
that quick as glassware takes 2 to 3 weeks for processing and our
packages are weighed before shipping labels are made. You will notice
that the invoice sent to you does have DO NOT REPLY in block letters,
this is because we will not receive these messages in customer service.
We have added the customer service email at the top of every invoice.
PLEASE always provide updated email on the order for your tracking
information.
